WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Identify, qualify, sort, and track leadsResearch new prospects through various channels (web, LinkedIn, etc)Research and document relevant contact information for existing leads/keeping contact information updatedProfile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycleCreate and prioritize target account and contact listDiligent and considerate follow-upAchieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunitiesUtilize company selling tools including documentation of plans and interactionsFollow strategy set by sales executives on the promising types of new customers including potential champions within themAnalyze results and creatively consider new approaches that could improve effectivenessWork closely with Sales on projects that help drive revenue growthMaintain basic level of relevant industry knowledgeAssess and contribute to what's working, and help drive company towards best sales tactics and strategiesREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in related field1+ years demonstrable success as an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM, professional social networksEntrepreneurial mindset and roll-up-the-sleeves attitudePassionate about technology, business, and winningInterest in Supply Chain is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills (more than one language is a plus, especially German, French, Japanese, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian)Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days at home
