DescriptionGeneral Information: The Project Execution team is at the heart of our organization, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while helping to build a sustainable and profitable future. You will lead projects within the Operating Unit High Voltage Service. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.Responsibilities:Managing all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all technical, safety, quality, sustainability, and financial targets are met.Overseeing the development of project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.Monitoring each stage of project implementation to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, risk management, and health, safety, and the environment.Identifying, analyzing, and addressing project risks, with the regular sharing of lessons learned.Coordinating contract negotiation and claims with customers, in collaboration with the Legal functions.Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Living core values of safety, integrity, and quality, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Being part of the team to identify areas for continuous improvement, leading initiatives, and collaborating in the development and growth of the services team and business.Readiness for changes and a desire to be part of a dynamic business.A vocation for teamwork to be part of a team in which support for each other is essential.Your Background:A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational environment.Experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractor.Ability to carry out work in an orderly manner.Customer-oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills.Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Current work permit valid in Spain.Knowledge of SAP and PMI certification will be considered a plus.Availability to travel.
