Our client is a global designer, developer and manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies. The business is going through significant and rapid growth across the globe. As part of their development, they are now looking for an experienced professional to join their team in Barcelona, Spain as a SalesForce Consultant. The SalesForce Consultant is a brand-new role within the organization. He/she will assist in the implementation of a new system and support its transition to a live operational environment.

This role is the single point of contact for internal users of the system to liaise with the supplier on all support issues.

Responsibilities:System Implementation Facilitation - assist in the implementation of the new system and support its transition to a live operational environment; testing and approval of the system as per the company's requirements; monitor timeline and resources of assigned projects.Together with the IT departments, monitor the quality of data processes, identify problems, and ensure that they are resolved.Support local teams with training and identify the need for reports.Evaluate call centre technologies and customer service.Coordinate the standardization of reports with the Marketing Intelligence and Standardization.Requirements:Relevant University degree.Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce.Experience in using BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableau).Excellent time management and prioritization, desire to support and train the internal team.Analytical and hands-on person.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively, work under pressure.Flexible and pro-active person.
