You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers. Drive the development and execution of strategy, business development, and go-to-market plans. Ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies. Drive results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities. Lead stakeholder management sessions and maintain open lines of communication with various management levels. Collaborate with the sales team to understand business trends and forecast, consolidating input to management. Provide market intelligence and competitive watch; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising. Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs. Ensure the sales and technical teams across geographies are enabled with the go-to-market strategy. This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of OTE variable and tied to specific sales-related goals. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in the FinOps area. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices. What are we looking for? 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy and managing programs in the IT industry. Fluency in English.
