We are searching for a senior consultant with a strong background in HCM or SuccessFactors.As Senior Technology Consultant in the DMLT team you will work in a high performing team helping customers on their transition into cloud applications and continuously improving the Data and System Landscape. With a focus on HR related Data, you will help and drive projects supporting Business & System Transformations, Merger & Acquisitions or divestitures including solutions such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.DMLT is offering 100+ consulting services for guidance, advisory, architect, and delivery of unique and advanced technology to fill the gap in DATA area of solutions for customer's business needs.What you'll doIdentify customer's business needs and designing and architecting the appropriate solution proposal from the HCM / SFSF Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio and beyond.Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales and delivery) and architecting potential solution design.Lead and facilitating customer's HCM / SFSF workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirement.Lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.Execution of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors transformation projects remote and onsite with a strong collaboration with colleagues across different organizational units, hierarchy levels, and locations around the world.What you bringA minimum 5 years of experience in delivering technology consulting customer projects or as business project consultant for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.Experience in at least one, ideally multiple SAP Data Management solutions, for example: SAP Landscape Transformation 2.0, Migration Cockpit, Infoporter or LSMW.Knowledge of core business processes such as hire-to-retire.Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc.) is a strong asset.Good skills in structuring and documenting information, methodologies, and procedures.Strong experience in customer facing roles and escalation management.Proven track in knowledge sharing, as well as coaching, mentoring, and educating other people.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Fluent in written and spoken English.Good German language skills are a strong asset.Meet your teamWe are a global Service Delivery organization called "Data Management & Landscape Transformation" within the Board Area Customer Success.
