We are looking to hire an HCM PY Payroll Expert to join our dynamic team, committed to digital transformation and social well-being. About the Role As an HCM PY Payroll Expert, you will play a key role in managing and developing projects related to SAP human resources solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Comprehensive management of SuccessFactors projects, from scope definition to team formation. Implementation and support of SFSF modules, with a preference for Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent. Comprehensive vision of SAP solutions, including both SuccessFactors and SAP R/3. Participation in projects combining hybrid cloud solutions and advanced technologies. Requirements Mandatory experience: Payroll management (HCM PY). Advanced knowledge of at least two SuccessFactors modules (preferred: Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent). Desirable: Knowledge of ECP (Employee Central Payroll).
