SAP's Successfactors HCM Solution area is seeking a Senior Consultant to work as an Integration Functional Consultant within Cloud Integration Services Organization. Up to 25% travel may be required.
Expectations and Tasks:
• Help with Integration workshops to gather/clarify requirements
• Perform functional analysis and product configurations based on the customer needs and product capabilities
• Configure pre-packaged integrations based on the implementation needs • Assist Project Managers in project timeline discussions related to integrations
• Participate in requirements, analysis and testing efforts.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a team player. May require leading small team (technically) time to time and enabling effective communication between the team and the stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting complex integration issues
• Keep the Customer Satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers with proper communication mechanisms
• Handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time
• Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.
• Have a good technical understanding of the products and integrations and help the stakeholders in corresponding activities.
Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7-12 years of professional experience in Integrations of SaaS applications and/or SAP.
• Working experience related to SAP HCM and/or HR ABAP and/or SAP PI.
• Good understanding/experience of Integration architecture and security.
• Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills
• Experience in working efficiently with remote teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, while effectively managing priorities and communicating progress
