We're committed to promoting professional growth, offering career pathways that could lead to roles such as People Development Senior Manager, Culture and Engagement Senior Manager, or Regional People Lead.Your primary responsibilities will include:Address employee relations sensitively and promptly, becoming a trusted partner for employees.Be a subject matter expert on labour laws and payroll processes for designated European countries, ensuring compliance and advising on best practices.Collaborate with leaders and teams on talent resource planning.Adapt and implement global policies to meet local requirements, ensuring agreement on regional contexts and practices.Use data insights to coach managers on performance, development, and career progression.Kick-start cultural, DEIB and wellbeing projects.Qualifications* Fluent in English. Any other European languages will be a welcome addition.* Over 4 years of experience in a people partnering or HR role in a global organisation.* Familiarity with labour laws and payroll processes in multiple European countries.* Can translate global policies into local processes and guidelines that align with organisational goals and values.* Experience using data to inform strategic decisions, resource planning, and coaching leaders on performance and development.* You show empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.* You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
