Responsibilities: Pro-active new business development.
Develop and deliver your business sales plan by identifying and cultivating new C-level prospects.
Successfully manage the entire sales process to a close and facilitate seamless client onboarding.
Develop and manage pipeline, providing weekly updates to forecast.
Maintain and develop the highest standards of client relations engagement.
Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota.
Build, maintain and own the strategic relationships with the Vendor.
Promote the Integrity 360 'brand' by exceeding customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience.
Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build collaborative internal relationships across customer fulfilment and resourceful in using technical and specialist resources, where required.
Produce clear sales plans, documented in our CRM (Salesforce), so we have complete transparency and consistency in how we are delivering for our customers.
Be a strong steward / advocate for the organisation.
Required Experience: Experience and knowledge in selling security, threat intelligence solutions and platforms including managed services.
A consultative approach and ability to identify improvement areas to ensure each client achieves the right solution.
Proven track record in both new business sales and growing existing accounts in Cyber Security.
Ability to maximise a sale - history of solution selling.
Proven track record exceeding sales targets in Cyber Security sales.
Experience in selling to different verticals.
Required Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of clients and stakeholders - internal and external.
Demonstrated ability to work with and sell into the "C-Level".
Strong commercial understanding with accomplished decision-making and negotiation skills.
A positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for success.
Proven ability creating and developing effective customer and vendor relationships.
Ability to influence at all levels.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Understanding of the importance of recording and reporting of sales information and activity.
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to prospects and customers and existing long-term established relationships with key influencers and decision makers.
Ability to grow revenue and profit by cross-selling the companies solutions, services, and managed services.
