SAP Sales/GTM Subject Matter Expert
We are looking for our new team member in the role of Subject Matter Expert, within the SAP COE (Centre of Excellence) part of the Information Technology Organization, reporting to the SAP COE Global Director at Granollers!
RESPONSIBILITIESAs our SAP Sales/GTM Subject Matter Expert, you are responsible to deliver the appropriate SAP (and related applications) solution for your area of expertise.
Participation on SAP projects implementationsProvide subject matter expertise and assistance in developing requirements for SAP projectsCapture and anticipate new Global and/or Local Business requirementsLead review meeting(s) with the Global Process Owner(s) to ensure regular communication and ensure the alignment/approval of documentation on the progress of the projectSupport the Execution of projects and changes in the siteLead Key users and Local Process Owners to achieve the objectives of the project providing support in SAP as top priority in the current implementationProvide process knowledge supportWork with Business Facing teams to improve processes or new project implementations through the use of SAP capabilitiesCoordinate activities and share knowledge with counterparts in other regionsAssist SAP Application support COE with troubleshootingWork with 2nd level support to develop processes for troubleshooting and escalationIdentify the change management projects with the Key Users and Local Process OwnersLead implementation and SAP configuration and functional designs approval of the recommended solutionWorking for Coty means to celebrate and liberate the diversity of beauty. The team consists of Manager, IS & DT CoE Solution Architect, Customer Service and Sales/GTM, and you will work closely together with several departments such as IT (Infrastructure, development, and release management team) and Local Customer service markets. All your colleagues are highly collaborative and positive, supporting each other, creating a great atmosphere where everyone feels valued and motivated, with fluent communication to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalentSAP certification for SAP Sales and Distribution module5 years minimum experience implementing IT projects working on the appropriate modulesProficient in SAP S4HANA knowledgeIn-depth experience implementing applicationsProject management expertise, PMI certification is a plusSAP expert for Customer Services, Sales /GTM, Knowledge in Contract Management would be a plusKnowledge for EDI & E-InvoicingExperience in Mass Market/Cosmetics business is a plusMaster the English language on a near native levelOUR BENEFITSAs our Sales/GTM Subject Matter Expert, some of the benefits you will receive are:
