To achieve this, we need to enable self-service for external developers and partners to design, build, and publish impactful integrations with Pleo in our App Marketplace.As a key member of our team, you'll have a significant role in shaping technical documentation at Pleo. You'll help us create a documentation platform to ensure engineers at Pleo are empowered to write exceptional documentation, educating us on how and what to write, as well as producing world-class documentation yourself. You'll be an advocate and voice for our external developers, helping Pleo product teams design APIs that delight our external peers. The impact you will have will be felt throughout the entire organization, as well as outside of it.The team's scope includes:Provide self-service tools, enabling external engineers to build, maintain, and publish integrations seamlessly.Guiding our internal engineers as they design, build, document, and expose APIs.Empowering users to find, enable, and manage integrations with ease.Your primary responsibilities would include:Enabling creation and maintenance of an extensive range of technical documentation, including API guides, integration manuals, SDK documentation, tutorials, and partner onboarding materials, being accountable to ensure they are current and in alignment with the latest platform features and best practices.Collaborating with product managers, internal & external engineers, and partners to identify documentation requirements, inform API design decisions, advocating for user, partner, and external developer needs, and incorporating feedback to enhance documentation quality and developer experience.Manage the lifecycle of documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure the timely publication of accurate and user-friendly technical content that supports both internal developer productivity and the external partner ecosystem.We believe your skills and experience include:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing clear explanation of complex technical concepts; experience with platform products and APIs is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
