This person will work with the EMEA South HR Business Partner Director and Centres of excellence to deliver a seamless HR experience for our people.
The role will advise, coach and influence managers and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Additionally, the role will be assisting with policy creation, implementation and interpretation for the EMEA South region.What you get to do in this roleAct as first line of support to managers and provide guidance on best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.Provide HR policy, process and/or program advice and coaching to employees and managers, when appropriate.Act as an escalation point to the Global Talent Care (Shared Services) Function on local policy interpretation.Guide employees and managers in sickness case based on local legal requirements working closely together with the Occupational Health Services.Support in new policy creation and implementation and driving activities relating to local legislations.Assist in driving initiatives aligned to the region's Talent Strategy (Workforce Planning, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning etc.
).Assist in driving communications and activities related to our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Strategy.
Actively working together with local 'Culture Champions'.Assist in driving communication and sharing of best practices across the HRBP team to facilitate continuous improvement.Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional HR / Partner teams, working on or leading projects/programs.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:Experience in HR, including experience in the role of HR Generalist or Shared Services.Must have knowledge of Spanish and Italian labour laws.Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.Knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.G., performance management, sickness management, talent management and employment laws).Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Possess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations.Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices.Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Italian.Additional InformationServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
