Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating the overall quality of our design work and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.Develop user personas, user journeys, and scenarios to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.Champion best practices in UX design and advocate for the importance of user-centric design within the organization.Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.Requirements:5-10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for digital products.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and demonstrating your process and problem-solving skills.Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX design.#J-18808-Ljbffr
