Key Responsibilities: Operational Management : Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Process Improvement : Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Budget Management : Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring that all departments operate within budgetary constraints.
Quality Control : Maintain high standards of quality across all operations, from product sourcing to delivery and installation.
Reporting : Provide regular reports on operational performance.
Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in retail.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
Language : Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
