We cater to both consumers and hospitality customers, providing exceptional design solutions that transform spaces into stunning environments.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring that all departments operate within budgetary constraints.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality across all operations, from product sourcing to delivery and installation.Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in retail.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
