We are offering maximum space for exploring individual ideas, personal growth, and achievement to innovation drivers, lateral thinkers, and experts within a working environment fostering diversity and exchange of knowledge.And we are looking for you.MX-YUC-MeridaResponsibilitiesRepresent LEONI in our customer's vehicle project teamAnalyze customer designs/requirements and generate wiring harness design solutionsPerform design analysis, ensure the design of the wiring systems is fully integrated within the vehicleEnsure that design guidelines are accurately reflected in every phase of the productManage the design release process in our customer's systemsWork with LEONI 3D and 2D designers to process harness designs and engineering changes internallyUse and perform relevant methods and tools e.g. DFMEA, DFM, Design ReviewsCreate initial wiring harness parts list and complexity studiesLiaison with manufacturing operations to ensure manufacturing feasibilitySupport build phases in harness manufacturing and vehicle assembly plantsSupport all customer meetings and requestsRequirementsIndustrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Bachelor's or Master's DegreeKnowledge of production process designAdvanced fluent English (spoken, read and written)Cooperation and ability to work in a team, communication skills, ability to deal with conflictWorkplace: Toluca, CDMXContact: ******
