As a Stylist, you will be responsible for creating visual styling concepts for social networks and fashionable looks for the online sales channels of the Company, following Desigual's image and brand guidelines to create attractive looks for customers and increase sales.

What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Stylism, Arts, or similar.Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar position.Knowledge in photo management/edition.Teamwork, initiative, proactivity, decision making, creativity & ability to work under pressure.Fluency in Spanish & English. Main responsibilities: Styling for marketing online campaigns.Deliver fashion looks that accurately reflect Desigual's clothing and accessories essence, selecting styles and exposing products in an attractive way on the online sales portal (B2C) and on the digital platform for internal customers (B2B), according to their priorities and needs in line with the brand guidelines.Participate in different Marketing and Social Media projects to provide support on style concepts and specific visual content that help to attract customers and maximize sales.Manage requests for delivering fashion looks and styles with the proper Areas/Departments, maintaining the proper documentation for registration and tracking.Coordinate the style concepts management within the Company, managing the required references for photo shoots, videos, parades, and other related events, coordinating with the Product Department and other Marketing Areas.Coordinate with external teams to ensure their work reflects the styles and product essence of Desigual.Participate in castings to select the proper models for the different e-commerce campaigns, coordinating the process with related external agencies.Conduct market research to suggest new fashion styling concepts and trends, aligned with the brand and current market tendencies.
