About the Senior Director of Strategic PartnershipsAs the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of driving growth through high-impact partnerships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), technology providers, and other key stakeholders within the hospitality ecosystem. You will leverage your deep understanding of the SaaS, hotel distribution, and travel technology landscape to craft and execute strategies that expand the value of our key Partnerships across the ecosystem and drive meaningful business outcomes.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and relationship management expertise. As a senior leader, you will influence internal and external stakeholders, creating long-term value through partnerships which enables SiteMinder to drive additional, meaningful value to SiteMinder, our Partners, and our Customers.
What you will doIdentify, develop, and manage high-value partnerships with OTAs, travel technology providers, and other strategic partners to enhance distribution and expand market presence.Cultivate long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the global travel industry, including senior executives at partner organisations.Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's business goals, prioritising relationships that drive growth, innovation, and market differentiation.Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.Drive revenue growth through partner programs and initiatives, identifying new partner opportunities to expand the reach of the SiteMinder Platform.Stay up-to-date on travel technology trends, emerging markets, and the competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.Own the successful negotiation of partner program agreements with our strategic partners.Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align partnership initiatives with product development, revenue goals, and customer needs.Develop KPIs for partnership performance and regularly lead QBR process with key partners across the Ecosystem.What you haveExtensive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field within the SaaS, hospitality, or travel technology sectors.Proven track record of building and scaling high-value partnerships, particularly with OTAs and other key players in the travel ecosystem.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Deep knowledge of SaaS solutions, hotel distribution, and the travel industry's digital landscape.Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Data-driven mindset with experience in setting and tracking KPIs for partnership success.Our Perks & BenefitsEquity packages for you to share in SiteMinder's growth and successesHybrid working model (3 days per week in the office) in a prime location in BarcelonaInvestment in your personal growth with a structured and foreseeable career pathwayUncapped commission that rewards overachievementPrivate health insuranceFull-time permanent contractExcellence-driven, collaborative cultureCloudworks co-working community - events, discounts, breakfasts…In-office drinks and snacksWell-being initiativesReferral bonus for bringing in new talentGenerous parental (including secondary) leave policyPaid birthday, study and volunteering days off every yearFun quarterly social and team eventsEmployee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involvedDoes this job sound like you?
