This role will be responsible for cash and debit management, bank reconciliations, cash bookings, and clearing bank accounts in Spain and Portugal. We are looking for a well-organized, pragmatic, and methodical profile with strong communication skills.How You Will Make a DifferenceYour main responsibilities will be:Prepare cash & debtPrepare the bank reconciliationsOversee the cash bookingsPrepare the clearing of bank accounts in Spain and PortugalWork closely with the credit departmentBe the principal point of contact with the credit department in Nottingham: checking banking, customer letters, and faxesPrepare quarterly treasury reports for the regionReconciliation of bank interest accrualAllocate cash in 24 storesHandle non-trade invoices for E-commerceManage sample sales in the office: cash register and collecting money from customersPrepare the Blackline cash reconciliationTrack disputed invoices in SmartsheetFollow up on bank guaranteesSkills for SuccessThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position:Education: Degree in Economics or Business AdministrationExperience: Previous experience in a similar role (almost 1 year)Language skills: Fluent in English and SpanishAdvanced MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and SAPProven ability to control and prepare all the bank reconciliationsStrong analytical skillsMethodical profileWhat's in it For YouWe're in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy, and commitment of our people.
