Senior Architect Consultant Role Context: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Architect, with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, to join our growing Master Planning & Facilities team in Worley Consulting.
With over 10 years of architectural experience and a strong passion for sustainable design, you will play a pivotal role in guiding projects to success.
The successful candidate will be based in Madrid.
Responsibilities: Possess self-motivation and a strong enthusiasm for architectural practice, focusing on creating innovative and functional building designs. Communicate effectively with the customer, the design team, and other stakeholders. Prioritize, plan work, track progress of self and others, and agree and monitor targets to keep deliverables on track. Provide big-picture thinking before having all the required information, while understanding and planning for the challenges to consider at the implementation phase. Identify and propose solutions that will have the greatest positive impact on a master plan or building project. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor a team effectively. Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in relevant architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit). Build a strong contact network within Worley's different teams. Drive for innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Academic Background: A recognized and relevant Degree in Architecture or equivalent that will lead to registration as a Professional Engineer.
Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization in Urban Design or Master Planning.
Experience: Feasibility studies evaluating alternative design solutions and quantifying their impact on key project objectives.
