Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions, collaborating closely with engineering, project management teams, subcontractors, and customers. You will coordinate the Health and Safety area for Grid Technologies Sales products and projects, offering technical expertise and leadership throughout the project life cycle.Your role is essential in ensuring detailed execution and the highest safety standards in every aspect of our operations.How You'll Make an Impact:Identify and evaluate occupational risks present in the workplace.Develop and implement preventive measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks.Conduct occupational health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with current regulations.Drive the implementation of H&S policy on the project according to the Siemens Energy Grid Technologies Sales guidelines and targets and improve H&S results in the site.Investigate and analyze incidents and occupational accidents to resolve causes and propose corrective actions.Train and raise awareness among workers about occupational risks and preventive measures.Collaborate with the workplace safety and health committee to promote a safe working environment.Prioritize the H&S requirements of the projects to ensure they are strictly met.Challenges of the occupational risk prevention technician position:Stay updated on regulations and procedures regarding occupational risk prevention.Effectively lead communication with workers and management team to promote a safety culture at work.Identify and manage emerging risks, such as those related to technology or changes in work processes.Encourage active participation of workers in identifying and handling occupational risks.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented preventive measures and make adjustments as needed to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.What You Bring:A master's in occupational risk prevention will be required.Technical knowledge in occupational risk prevention, especially related to construction projects (especially in electrical substations).Solid knowledge in occupational risk prevention and applicable legislation, and experience in H&S project management.Analytical ability to identify and evaluate occupational risks.Excellent communication skills to convey information about risk prevention to workers and teams.Good interpersonal skills, ability to develop and keep long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.Results-oriented and ability to implement preventive measures effectively.Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments to ensure workplace safety.Capability to be self-supporting (able to work without supervision) and quickly learn new concepts.Experience in communication with the customer and the subcontractor.Available for business trips on a national level.Excellent / mother-tongue Spanish language mandatory.Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.About the Team:The Siemens Energy Spain GT S is a relevant team with H&S team where the importance of collaboration and coordination between the different professionals to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees is highlighted.
