THE ROLE: The Service Delivery Coordinator will play an essential role in the coordination of delivery of services including ownership and management of activities through to the desired business outcomes. The Service Delivery Coordinator is based at Expereo's Barcelona office.
What will you do? Understand contractual obligations and ensure delivery of services to an agreed service description and SLA/OLA (establishing and ongoing ownership of KPIs as necessary).Be responsible for end-to-end service delivery of networking projects for Expereo's customers.Coordinate and manage the interface between internal resources and the customer.Meet the end-to-end project timelines by ensuring the on-time delivery.Define communication plan for all stakeholders, get buy-in for status report format and communicate on defined frequency.Coordinate and manage proactive communication with customers during the delivery phase, when there are risks or possible delays, including planning Customer Acceptance Tests for the project.Order prioritization and ensuring priority is respected during RFC delivery phase.Management of the delivery plan at the project level & planning until last site delivery.Who are you? An educational background in technology preferred.Project Management Certification i.e. PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent is beneficial.2-3 years' experience in the delivery of services, managing external/internal customer facing projects.Some previous involvement in network deployment projects.Technical knowledge preferred in telecom like WAN, LAN.An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and additionally language skills in German, Spanish, French or Italian strongly preferred.WHY EXPEREO: EEO (Equal Employment Opportunities) Statement: Expereo is an Equal Opportunities employer who aims to support and celebrate every employee that comes through our doors.
