The Role As the Partnerships Team Manager , you will lead a dynamic team responsible for shaping and maintaining the strategic partnerships regional channels to drive growth and achieve channel objectives.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing partnership strategies, fostering collaborative relationships both internally and externally, and ensuring the overall success of the team and the channel.
The role requires exceptional leadership skills, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a strategic mindset in identifying areas and opportunities for the channel's success.
As a manager of 6+ regional partner managers, you will coach them to succeed in the partnership channel strategy and grow them within the organization.
What will you be doing?
Mentor Partner Managers, directing the team toward strategic objectives with effective prioritization.
Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
Streamline processes and improve ways of working within Partnerships.
Craft and implement strategies to achieve TravelPerks' growth targets.
Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate beneficial agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, key stakeholders, and internal teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and lead the team in proactively addressing partner needs.
Enhance team relationship skills for full potential realization.
Analyze partnership metrics (e.g., acquisition, revenue, NPS) and forecast performance.
Report insights and partnership outcomes to senior management.
