What You'll DoProvide Expert Customer Support: Skillfully address product inquiries and resolve customer issues via phone, email, chat, and social media.Empathize and Problem-Solve: Understand customer needs, analyze problems, and offer tailored solutions.Master Product Knowledge: Become a New Balance expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of products and services.Represent the Brand: Embody our company values and serve as a brand ambassador.RequirementsLanguage Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch with excellent English language skills.Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to resolving issues.Strong Administrative Skills: Attention to detail and organizational abilities.Empathy: Ability to handle sensitive situations with care.BenefitsWhat do we offer? Start date: ASAPContract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period)Full time: 39 hours/weekWorking days/Hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pmSalary: €19.400 gross per yearIncentives: Top performance incentivesEnd of Contract Bonus: €500 gross by completing the temporary contract without sanctions or unjustified absencesHolidays: 2 accrued per month / 24 calendar days per year.
