Sales Lead / International EdTech Company (Project work) International EdTech Company based in the USA offers a remote opportunity for a skilled Sales Professional with a strong background in the investment and banking sector.
This role is pivotal in crafting and leading the execution of sophisticated sales strategies to cater to our Russian-speaking clientele.
Our client, a pioneer in investment education, leverages a decade of experience from a leading Business School to develop courses for MBA students, managers, and executives aimed at fostering the next wave of global leaders and innovators.
Role Overview:As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for initiating the sales and marketing frameworks from the ground up,
focusing on the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East markets.
This includes devising and applying comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to effectively target and engage with the Russian-speaking investment community.
This position offers a remarkable opportunity to play a leading role in expanding the reach of a unique investment education course, utilizing high-level networking skills, and experience in banks, investment companies, working with private equity and venture capital funds, particularly those with an Investor Relations focus.
Key Responsibilities:Architect an international sales strategy covering the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East.Craft and implement sales and marketing strategies to reach and engage the target audience.Cultivate a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to conversion.Forge and maintain relationships with key clients including educational institutions, corporations, and individual learners.Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and materials.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities and address challenges.Meet sales objectives, with regular reporting on progress and market insights.Collaborate with the product development team to align course offerings with market demands.Candidate Profile:University degree.At least 5 years of proven sales experience, particularly in banking product sales; Investor Relations; Venture Capital, Private Equity business development roles.Exhibits excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Russian and English.Demonstrates the ability to craft and execute impactful sales strategies.Possesses strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.A self-motivated individual with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
