ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Planning and execution of technical and education programs, prioritizing programs with review and input from the Sales Manager and other functional groups, consistent with the Country Business Plan.Acting as the technical expert for the CA solutions team, providing technical support to customers.Providing technical support to procedures, troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request.Participating in the development of employee and customer training/education programs, preparing study materials, and conducting training in collaboration with the Sales force team and Training & Education department.Supporting Sales force during presentations to customers and marketing in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and inputting to sales and marketing brochures.Collaborating in the AOP consecution through technical and clinical support to both CAS team and external customers.Reporting all account, market, and competitive information and trends in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion.Reporting accurately all product-related events and customer complaints following compliance requirements.Carrying out all administrative duties and necessary reports in a timely manner, providing regular activity reports to Sales Manager.Required Knowledge and ExperienceUniversity degree in Life-Science or Engineering.At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operation room environment.Experience in 3D Navigation & Mapping.Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.Fluent English.Availability and willingness to travel.Clean driving license.Ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.High attention to detail and accuracy.Computer skills.Team-oriented.Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.LocationMadrid.
