.LV= Investment team are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst. You will have the ability to use technical knowledge and experience to analyse and solve complex problems, support continuous improvement and be able to work independently with minimal guidance. You'll also be able to work with internal and external partners to achieve LV's investment objectives. This is a Hybrid role, with links to one of our offices where you may be required to attend occasional meetings.About you Uses specialist, technical knowledge to analyse and solve complex problems.Has sufficient awareness to escalate issues that require further support to resolve.Consistently delivers accurate work in a timely manner.Ensures all applicable LVFS policies are followed.Provides informal guidance to more junior analysts.Contributes to team's continuous improvement.Developing own awareness of latest commercial and technical developments.Details Starting professional qualifications, part qualified actuary or passed level 1 CFA.Basic understanding and commercial awareness of the UK financial services market.Good understanding of the economic environment & the asset-side of an insurer's balance sheet; including knowledge andunderstanding of asset classes and Matching Adjustment.Understanding of derivatives and their use in risk management.Good analytical skills.Good Excel capabilities.Communicates with stakeholders in a clear and consistent manner.Ability to motivate, organise and manage self to deliver to challenging deadlines.Supports continuous improvement activity.Works collaboratively/cooperatively with colleagues.Rewards and Benefits This role is a Band B in the LV= Structure.
