ADP has a vacancy for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to work within a team producing global HCM and Payroll products.What we expect from youDemonstrable hands-on experience delivering complete end-to-end UX research projects from initial surveys, focus groups, and analysis through to the delivery of key data and reports.Ability to investigate current workflows, and users' needs, goals, and pain points.Strong technical understanding from experience within an enterprise or SaaS organization.Passion for user research, deep understanding of customer's problems, and drive to provide data-driven insights.Excellent approach to teamwork and collaboration, ideally with experience within an Agile organization.Ability to identify research opportunities and evangelize the value of user-centered approach and UX research as a mechanism for shaping product strategy and driving competitive advantage.Experience you'll need5+ years UX Research experience.Experience working with a range of both qualitative and quantitative user research methods for digital products and services e.G., user interviews, desk research, data analysis, log analytics, VOC programs, surveys, A/B testing, benchmarking, etc.Experience with developing a well-crafted research plan, writing user research screeners and discussion guides, and leading and scheduling recruitment efforts.Experience in capturing critical data and translating user insights into actionable recommendations for product and development teams.Crafting personas and journey maps to communicate insights across the design and development teams.Leading user testing activities using the latest testing tools and technology for both face-to-face and remote sessions.Comfortable and fluent communicator with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.What you can expect from usHR standard to add for Spain LI-TM1 #LI-HybridDiversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADPADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
