WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) / SBGM is looking for an Execution Management Project Manager for our offices in HUB Málaga.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR JOB As an Execution Management Project Manager, your goal will be to contribute to the internal development of consulting capabilities for the Group in the SCIB division, with the mission of providing the capacity for the management and execution of various projects efficiently. We need someone like you to help us in different areas (non-concurrent) throughout the various opportunities arising from our internal clients' collaborations!
End-to-End tracking of the status of initiatives related to Cash Management products.
Contribute to the ideation and definition of various business transformation initiatives.
Monitor and escalate risks and dependencies of products and major production incidents and operational shortcomings.
Track and coordinate transversal initiatives.
Team Management: Evaluate, monitor delivery capacity, and size different teams.
Prepare presentations and supporting documentation for Committees and senior management.
Change Management: Ensure understanding of key changes within the organization.
Project Management: Manage projects (control, monitoring, and budget management).
Ensure alignment with business and Group strategy.
EXPERIENCE Demonstrable experience in the same field between 8 and 10 years.
EDUCATION Degree, with further education (Master's) being valued.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 8-10 years of end-to-end project management experience in the field of Cash Management (Desirable knowledge in Payments, Collections, Liquidity, and B2B2C).
High/very high level of spoken and written English.
Very high/native level of Spanish.
Experience in project and team management.
Knowledge of applied agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
High proficiency in the use of office tools.
Experience in managing remote and/or multicultural teams.
Effective presentations.
OTHER INFORMATION Availability for very occasional travel.
