This individual will have a commercially focused mindset and translate those business needs to human resources capabilities requirements.
The role will work closely with cross-functional partners for successful planning and delivery of HR programs and services.
We are seeking someone with a customer focus, a solid understanding of people strategy and practices, who thrives in complex environments while maintaining high levels of empathy and a sense of humour.What we expect of you, day to day.Partner with leaders, managers and teams to deliver HR plans, programs and processes.
This role will deliver strategically important HR programs, blended with an operational focus.Demonstrate strong advisory ability and the capability to develop solutions across a range of HR disciplines such as culture and engagement, organizational design, talent management & development and strategic people strategy.Drive the future state talent landscape by partnering with leaders to conduct talent reviews, create succession plans and customize development plans for key talent.Utilize proven coaching and communication skills to drive employee engagement and manage change, ensuring motivation and retention of talent is a core priority for leaders.Proactively identify people related opportunities, using organizational health metrics as a key driver, that will have a key impact and work across stakeholder groups to co-create solutions.Collaborate with centres of excellence (CoE's) and the broader Europe HR community to design and deliver the implementation of both HR and Business programmes and initiatives.Using data, consistently measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs to ensure they are delivering desired outcomes.Qualifications :What we're afterDepth of experience as a commercial HR generalist in a large, matrixed, and high growth organization.
Proven knowledge of Turkish HR Practice, and experience of operating beyond one country is key
