Join our B+P team in Madrid as a Project Leader for immediate employment in our Madrid office. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:Manage building projects for our clients throughout different stages: Feasibility, Preconstruction including design, permitting, contractor procurement and construction.This strategic hands-on leader will be actively involved in the development of projects and the firm, focused on the highest quality of architecture and design.Motivate project teams and individuals, fostering an environment of mutual respect and trust within the office.The Project Leader will have the personality and drive to mentor, challenge and engage colleagues and clients alike to elevate design and unlock the potential of each project.Minimum RequirementsMore than 10 years progressive project and client leadership experience with a range of building types: Aviation, Rail, Logistics, Hospitality, Commercial and Others.Demonstrates creativity, foresight and a mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving complex architectural challenges.Must be a team player and mentor with a proven track record of success working with teams, clients, sub-consultants and vendors while completing large, complex projects.Ability to develop collaborative relationships with clients and other key constituents that create a competitive advantage.Propensity for problem-solving, brand development and sustainable design.Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.Understanding and/or Experience with BIM environment.Ability to travel.Spanish and international project experience.LanguagesBusiness English skills (Proficient/Bilingual Level).Use of other languages is desirable.Preferred QualificationsProfessional Degree in Architecture or Architecture Licensure.What We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
