H826 Executive Assistant

Responsibilities will include: Extensive diary management for the MD's including client meetings, dinners as well as regular internal calls.
This involves room booking, conference calls, VC's, etc.
Booking international business travel, including flights, transfers, accommodation as well as travel documentation as necessary.
Maintenance of other supporting documentation such as ESTA's, frequent flyer, and hotel loyalty schemes.
Inbox management as required.
Fostering key relationships with staff throughout the firm.
Expense processing through Concur.
Maintaining Jefferies in-house CRM system.
Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Person Specification Highly motivated and proactive individual capable of working on their own initiative.
Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be a quick learner with the ability to learn about the business and relevant policies and procedures.
Basic numeracy skills essential.
Comprehensive knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to develop and maintain good working relationships.
Have a flexible approach to work.
Previous experience of supporting MD's as well as a wider team essential.
Strong attention to detail; accuracy with all work is essential.
