Overview: IE University (IEU) is a leading private university with campuses located in Segovia and Madrid (Spain).

Additionally, the institution boasts 130+ nationalities on campus and has recently been ranked 19th worldwide by the Times Higher Education Ranking in employability (2021).The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects, activities, and events relating to IEU's single and dual degree Programs in Law.
This comprises serving as the key interface between students, Professors, and multiple IE departments; coordinating a variety of tasks and program components, managing communication flows; implementing guidelines and policies; supporting program logistics and operations; and supporting faculty members to ensure a world-class experience for our students.
The Program Coordinator reports to the Associate and Executive Directors and oversees the work of the Program Assistants when required.
They will interact with all Faculty, Students, different departments of IEU, and external agencies required to run the program efficiently and effectively.ResponsibilitiesKey action areas:Interaction with Students: Meet with students to solve issues, offer advice, and/or give support with empathy, sensitivity, and a professional customer-oriented approach, daily.
Co-manage the relationship with class representatives together with other team members.
Support students facing academic difficulties or overall challenges within the Program.
Manage (written and oral) communications with students, including all written regular communications and information points; presentations and information sessions; etc.
Using student feedback, identify ways to improve their experience with us.Interaction with Professors and Other Departments: Liaise with Professors to communicate specific student or group situations, request feedback, ensure timely submission of grades, syllabi, etc.
and provide ongoing support to faculty members and teaching staff.
Collaborate with other IE Departments - such as the Admissions Department, Marketing Department, Planning, Documentation, Student Services, Student Life, Registrar's Office, Maintenance Dept., International Mobility Office, etc.
- to ensure a successful student experience.Internal Operations: Assist the Associate Directors in the coordination and implementation of new curricular and extracurricular innovations.
Supervise and coordinate Program Assistants with professional maturity.
Take responsibility for special program components, areas, initiatives, and projects.
