As a Hemmersbach Technician, you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd level support.Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory.Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.Offer local support to resident technicians and remote support to the rest of the headquarters of the Corporate Group, according to demand.Support "hands and eyes" / "Smart hands".Inventory control updated monthly.Support meeting rooms.Be part of us
