As the data analyst and owner of all AM main KPIs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of our partners' post-sales journey.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing, challenging, and rethinking the data, business plans, and processes of the post-sales operational landscape, ensuring they are optimized and scalable on a global level.You will contribute to understanding and improving the portfolio management,developing actionable insights and strategies to improve partner performance while ensuring seamless integration of data-driven solutions across the organization.THE JOURNEY Stakeholder management: Partner closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional partners to align on strategy.
Communication: Find simple ways to convey insights and recommendations from sophisticated analysis results to business leaders.
Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets; Analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics to identify trends and stop opportunities for improvement.
Business insights: Translate business questions and hypotheses into analysis and actionable insights.
Dashboards: Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
Automation: Design and implement automation solutions to remove manual processes.
Forecast: Provide analytical and operational support to continuously improve our forecasting, pipeline management, and methodologies and processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE- Bachelor in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering preferred.- 4 years of work experience, outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role, preferably with 2 years in Sales Operations.- Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with analytics/ds libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown
