The Digital Product Coordinator will be responsible for improving our website and app dedicated to room bookings and loyal members, with a focus on enhancing the user experience to optimize conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities: Customer journey optimization: Identify and analyse pain points in both existing and new customer journeys, proposing solutions that enhance user experience.
Data-driven: Leverage data insights to propose innovative features and track developments that improve conversion and engagement.
User Stories & Prototyping: Create user stories and visual mock-ups using tools like Figma, ensuring clarity for both technical and visual implementation.
Full development cycle: Engage in all phases of product development from refinement and design to development, especially rigorous testing.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience in improving complex UX journeys using wireframe and prototyping tools (Figma).
Bachelor's or master's degree.
Skills in managing products/projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver features from functional design to production.
Strong analytical and reporting skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think outside the box and propose unique, impactful solutions.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
A high degree of ownership for delivering results and driving initiatives forward.
Must be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities.
Fluent in English is a must; additional languages would be beneficial.
Bonus points if you have experience in: a) Customer Experience analytics tools b) Agile methodology c) Product Management Software (ex: Jira) d) Analytics platforms (ex: Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4).
