The Director-level Analyst is responsible for interfacing almost continuously with C-level and other senior executives to foster deep and broad long-term relationships.What you`ll doProvide actionable advice to our client in resolving their mission critical priorities by organizing and providing analysis on a variety of security issues that change on a daily basis. We define our client's mission critical priorities as: What should be done and to what extent in response to the increasing sophistication of cyber threats and the expansion of damage from internal improprieties? How and to what extent should we address the proliferation of risks in new digital businesses and digital workplaces? How should we formulate a strategy and involve various stakeholders, including management, in response to the increasingly chaotic security/privacy field and new laws and regulations? Analyze technologies, trends, best practices, and skills in cyber security and risk management area to deliver indispensable insight to our client. Create high quality, clear, actionable, "must-have research" content based on research best practices and methodologies. Select and contextualize Global Gartner research for Japanese clients. Provide high quality and timely research peer review and support team members. Present at Gartner, Industry and Client events. Support Sales and Service Delivery partners to drive account growth and retention as well as client demand for Gartner's research. Actively participate in or lead research community meetings as needed to discuss research issues and collaborate effectively with peers.Who you areNative-level Japanese and business-level English language ability. Experience leading security and risk management initiatives against cyber threats at Large Enterprise. Bachelor`s degree or equivalent. 10+ years of relevant experience. Some of the following capabilities across the Cybersecurity and Risk Management (especially Cloud Security, Cyber-Physical Systems Security) area: Governance, Risk Management Strategy, standards, and frameworks. Design of Security controls. Solution Selection. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to explain complex ideas effectively. Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond to questions effectively. Strong C-relevance and executive presence. Genuine curiosity to new technologies and market trends. Willingness and ability to do tremendous learning in the long term
