.Carcaixent, SpainSales, Customer Service & OriginationCustomer Service Biotics Health & Wellness (M/F/d) Join our Team in Spain/CarcaixentStart date: By agreementYour role You will be in regular contact with Sales or Segments to provide them with the most appropriate service based on their requirements.You handle day-to-day correspondence and respond to customer inquiries.You will issue pro forma invoices, quotations including freight, legalization and insurance costs.You take care of the maintenance of internal master data, such as creating or changing customers and customer items.You enter requests into Sales Force for quality assurance or regulatory purposes.You take over the input of incoming orders in SAP and send confirmations to the customers.You plan and supervise shipments and ensure the issuance of all export documents (certificate of origin, health certificate, manufacturer's certificate) depending on the country providing documents for customs clearance.You issue invoices and credit notes and enter returned orders.You send documents to be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and legalizing them if necessary by the corresponding Embassy.You provide tracking of deliveries and find solutions for unloading problems at the delivery points.Your profile You have a successfully completed degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.You have been able to gain initial professional experience, preferably in a similar position.You have experience in Customer Service Support, Export or/and Import.You are used to working with different documentary procedures, as well as bank procedures and instruments.You have a confident and friendly manner and value a customer-oriented experience.You have a certain IT affinity (SAP, MS Office).You can easily communicate in Spanish and English (written and spoken).You possess a high level of self-motivation, as well as a results-oriented approach to work.Our offer Challenging tasks, short decision-making processes and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time models.Room for innovative thinking and growth.A company culture which promotes continuous learning and diversity.Excellent career opportunities in a world leading nutrition company.An attractive remuneration including a variety of social benefits.#IncludingYou Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
