With that in mind, we are building the best consumer experience to help pet parents take care of their pet's health, through a combination of (i) an AI powered vet assistant, (ii) a telehealth platform, and (iii) a suite of subscription plans.

We are looking for? We are looking for a Customer Care agent for the LATAM market, someone with a unique customer care mindset. You have previous experience supporting or dealing with clients, and you have shown to yourself how empathetic you are with others. You are a proactive, curious and happy professional who wants to learn and share with the team.
You are a team player, humble and with high ethical standards. You are well organized, seek efficiency, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English. This will be a critical position, and the person who leads this effort will be fundamental in the success of Barkibu's growth strategy.
Your day to day Assist customers through different contact channels (telephone, mail, chat...), helping them with their needs. Report and classify customer questions. Suggest improvements in our app, website and copies, in line with learnings obtained through helping customers. What are we offering? Afternoon shift. We are headquartered in A Coruña but we work remotely. Time and financial support to help you develop your skills. Flexible holidays.
