The Global Partners Markets Senior Director will be responsible for driving the worldwide partners business, maximizing successful partnerships, and making Almirall's medicines available to patients worldwide. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer Europe & International.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDrive the International business outside of our MCs through partnerships.Maximize the value of our legacy portfolio worldwide (current key products include Airtal, Ebastel, Ciclopoli, Macmiror, and Imunorix) & new portfolio (Seysara, Finasteride, Terbinafine, Physiorelax, and pipeline).Lead a high-performance team, the Global Partners Markets Department, committed to delivering targets and maximizing results.Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure business materialization aligned with corporate values and teamwork spirit.Define the business strategy and plan for global partners markets business within the P&L; Business Plan framework.Manage over 60 partners in around 100 countries, balancing a scattered portfolio (top 5 partners account for > 50% of the business).Monitor partners, marketing and medical strategy, sales performance, commercial efforts, and investments to deliver P&L; and KPI targets.Conductclose contractual follow-up of partners' commitments, mitigation plans, and proposed actions.Accountability of the P&L; for the Global Partnersbusiness with deep monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual actuals vs BU (budget) and LY (last year) demand plans.Collaborate with supply/demand teams to ensure coordination and commitment of orders and deliveries, avoiding stock-out situations.Identify new business opportunities with partners and roll out Almirall's portfolio, new products, and pipeline.Lead and ensure the materialization of contractual negotiations of license-out agreements with the legal department, aligning internal and external multidisciplinary teams (QA/RA/PV/tax/finance/IP).Think outside the box to identify new potential sources of growth and improvement areas for increased agility.Participate in congresses and pharmaceutical events related to potential new business opportunities (CPHI & others).EducationUniversity degree (science, business, or legal); complementary training such as an MBA is advantageous.ExperienceProfessional experience of at least 5 years in partners/alliances management, international commercial operations, or business development areas.Language SkillsFluent level of English (oral and written); other languages are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
