This is a position with grade 15 and reports to the Service Manager.
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Each day, you will:
Plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers.Showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.Work with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.Perform field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.Prepare material lists needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Troubleshoot equipment/process failures, request proactive corrective actions, and make recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.Our team dynamics: you will join a dynamic, talented, and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
