Particularly, we offer our clients specialist risk analysis and advisory service to give them confidence in the viability and profitability of their projects. The Building & Places division of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager for immediate employment in our Madrid office.Job Duties- Lead Project Management role, taking responsibility for successful delivery of the projects.- Provide full Project Management duties to AECOM clients.- Client-oriented. Previous experience in consultancy firms with PM role.- Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices.- Ensure all phases are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.- Cost control of the project and Change Orders management.- Provide experience with different types of contracts.- Develop strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.- Be the interface with AECOM clients.- Manage the delivery of project management service, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards.- Provide experience leading project management services during construction phases.Other Requirements- Passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.- Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on value, risks, and program in a holistic way.- Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilize the current digital tools are essential.- Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.- Willingness to challenge in a positive and engaging manner.- Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors.
