The Building & Places division of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager for immediate employment in our Madrid office.Job DutiesLead Project Management role, taking responsibility for successful delivery of the projects.Provide full Project Management duties to AECOM clients.Client-oriented. Previous experience in consultancy firms with PM role.Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices.Ensure all phases are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.Cost control of the project and Change Orders management.Provide experience with different types of contracts.Develop strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.Be the interface with AECOM clients.Manage the delivery of project management service, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards.Provide experience leading project management services during construction phases.Other RequirementsPassionate about delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on value, risks, and program in a holistic way.Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilize the current digital tools are essential.Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.Willingness to challenge in a positive and engaging manner.Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors.
