What Would You Need?Communication: To manage client relationships and coordinate internal teams.Conflict Resolution: Handle critical situations quickly and diplomatically.Organization and Time Management: To oversee multiple projects or services simultaneously.Technical Knowledge: Background in UX/UI (3-4 years).Customer Orientation: To ensure a positive customer experience.Fluent communication in English and Spanish.What Will You Do?Service Delivery Management: Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established quality standards.Monitor SLA compliance and take corrective actions if deviations are detected.Client Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company for service delivery-related matters. Manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.Operational Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery (technical support, operations, development, etc.). Optimize processes to improve operational efficiency.Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during service delivery. Implement preventive measures to avoid future disruptions.Project Management and Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance existing services. Collaborate on the implementation of new projects related to the services offered.Performance Analysis: Monitor and report key performance metrics related to services. Analyze trends and propose improvements.Financial Management: Oversee costs associated with service delivery.
