You will lead a group of Solution Engineers who specialize in the Unified Commerce domain, supporting the complex integrations and business models of our customers to give them their competitive edge.The Solution Engineering team supports our large and strategic customers in solution design, integrating and going live in the quickest and most sustainable way possible, with use of comprehensive product knowledge and industry best practices. This will include coaching, setting goals and objectives and training the team.Experienced with integration projects within a large global company working in professional services, finance, retail or general technology.A proven track record of helping to drive change, using data to make informed decisions on setting up tools and procedures, so that Adyen continues to be successful from an operational perspective.Understand the dynamics of working in a global organization.
