Our client is an outsourcing company collaborating with various companies. They are looking for a Helpdesk Agent with a Native/High level of Dutch for a project related to theme parks. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, helping to resolve customer needs while providing exceptional service.

TasksHow will your day-to-day be?
You will receive incoming customer calls through phone, email, chat, and other platforms.You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly, efficiently, and professionally.You will provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of the users.You will maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
