H-408 | Accounting Specialist With Sap

Position: Accounting Specialist with SAP Location: Barcelona Responsibilities: Daily posting and clearing of bank transitory accounts for different legal entities.
Assure cash allocation for different areas: AP/AR/GL.
Manage all IC posting for different legal entities.
Create IC service invoices.
Monitor all IC billing and ensure transactions are processed according to internal policies.
Ensure balance sheet accounts assigned are fully reconciled by month end.
Support quarterly and annual audit requests.
Support GL on month end closing for different group entities.
Work closely with Controlling and other departments to ensure expenses are correctly reported for all legal entities.
Support AR function for customer collections and reconciliations.
Support credit control activities.
Collaborate on projects of continuous improvement.
Adopt best practices and processes.
Support internal audits.
