You will be a key part of the team working on exciting responsibilities like identifying, approaching, and acquiring strategic partners and clients to continually grow our portfolio. This includes identifying and targeting key markets in Western Europe and Poland.Business Development: Identify potential clients (small to mid-sized shippers and freight forwarders) and develop strategies to reach these clients effectively. This includes understanding their needs and pain points and tailoring our value proposition accordingly.Customer Acquisition: Actively drive customer acquisition efforts, employing both outbound and inbound sales strategies. This includes lead generation, sales presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.Sales Process Management: Establish a clear sales process, leveraging CRM and other sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and drive conversions. Regularly track and report on sales metrics to the CEO and other stakeholders
