Your mission : We are looking for a Product Sales Manager who will become part of our Sales team of great professionals.
You will be a key part of the team working on exciting responsibilities like identifying, approaching, and acquiring strategic partners and clients to continually grow our portfolio.
You'll be collaborating closely with our Product, Tech, and Marketing team to develop and deliver a world-class experience to our customers.
Your profile : Experience in the Logistics industry Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating with a team Highly organized and effective in driving internal processes forward Goal-oriented and fast-learner, with a real passion for logistics Good communication and negotiation skills Comfortable in fast-paced and high-change environments +3 years of previous experience in sales in SaaS Fluent in English and Spanish, any additional language is a plus What You Will Do : Sales Strategy Development: Define, implement, and manage the company's sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
This includes identifying and targeting key markets in Western Europe and Poland.
Business Development: Identify potential clients (small to mid-sized shippers and freight forwarders) and develop strategies to reach these clients effectively.
This includes understanding their needs and pain points and tailoring our value proposition accordingly.
Customer Acquisition: Actively drive customer acquisition efforts, employing both outbound and inbound sales strategies.
This includes lead generation, sales presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Sales Process Management: Establish a clear sales process, leveraging CRM and other sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and drive conversions.
Regularly track and report on sales metrics to the CEO and other stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other departments, particularly Product and Customer Success, to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product development or service delivery.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
Use this information to inform sales strategy and tactics.
