About the Role: As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for scaling performance programs (paid ads, referrals, lifecycle email, etc.)
and leading a growing team of marketing specialists.
You will own the marketing operations platforms and build an experimentation framework to optimize customer acquisition and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage performance programs, including paid search, social media, and referrals. Build and implement an experimentation framework and roadmap for CRO (conversion rate optimization). Create and scale new performance programs, potentially around affiliates and partnerships. Own lifecycle marketing and marketing operations platforms. Lead and grow a team of marketing specialists based on program success and demand. Requirements: 5-15 years of experience scaling performance channels in fast-growing startups. 2+ years of management experience. Strong track record of scaling performance programs such as paid search, social, and media. Experience with lifecycle marketing and marketing ops platforms. Ability to build experimentation frameworks and data-driven roadmaps for growth. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to $200,000
